I don't know a lot about black seed oil or supplements. Although I have older relatives who take a lot of supplements especially fish oil ones. I like fish but lean toward fish like whitening, buffalo or crappie(got tired of catfish and tilapia) more than salmon. I am curious do you like salmon baked , fried or grilled? Like with other foods how they are cooked is a factor. I like the greens you mentioned and am moving away from canned versions of them. Ideally everybody should have an accurate dietary plan that suits their unique body chemistry and metabolism. Peace.
