You should try the best of each states: California Nevada Colorado and Washington because it is close(I know you are from Cali and I bet you think like the rest of Californian that you grow the best weed and that LA is the capitol of weed in the world) I hope you will do this with honesty if you do it!
I know that many people are wondering who have the best weed on west coast! I do believe that there is good and bad growers everywhere and there is a few real plant lovers who make an awesome job because they enjoy what they do and grow more for pleasure than for money! And those people can be anywhere! I must agree that the amount of sun California gets and almost no rain should contribute to a very nice outdoor season so yes your outdoor weed should be some of the best in the world! But indoor can be replicate anywhere in the world…take the best Californian indoor grower and send him in whatever place in the world(China Antarctic Sahara or a little island in the middle of nowhere) if he have electricity water and a building he will make the same weed he used to do! So I agree on the outdoor but I am not so sure for the indoor! Prove me wrong!
