    No it doesn't. The THC content found in legally sold CBD products the UK contains less than 0.2% THC, which is nowhere near enough to create psychoactive effects. The daily mail is just printing nonsense, as per the norm. CBD oil is a life saver and has the potential to replace many pharmaceutical medications.
