I hate wasp got stung over the weekend washing my moms car. Felt something on my back biting or something thought it was an ant bite I took my shirt off and a wasp flew away. My wife said I had a hole in my back didn't hurt that bad. Later it came back around I used my pressure washer to knock it out of the air and stomped it.

Nasty creatures, very good at inflicting pain. Got stung by one tonight when it flew up my shorts. Not fun, but let's just say that it wasn't as bad as it could have been.
I'll hangle beetles with pincers, spiders the size of my hand, and anything people might consider gross, but wasps are by far the only insects I will never hesitate to destroy.
I understand if you need to kill them near your house to protect children. However wasps are helpful against other pests.

A wasp flew in through my window and couldn't fly back out.
I got pissed off with it and squashed it with a small box i had for some reason.
I hate wasps, but I do like bees, I mean, they feel so much guilt for stinging you they kill themselves. Unselfish as hell

Fucking hate wasps, they always come around and build their shitty little homes all over my territory. And when I go and turn my hose on, theres a nest right above it and tgen some of them fly out because they got scared or something. The next time I got my hose, one flew out like a bullet and stung my damn nose. The next day, I fucking sprayed them all.
If they are wasps you're a coward. I've been right up on them painting and they dont bother you unless you hit their nest! light weight.

Stung in the finger…..then back of the head which hurt like hell because I didn't know wtf why does my head hurt…so reached into my hair and dragged the lil fucker out…..(you just scratched the back of your head) hurt for about 15 mins.

If you do that a night, you can kill they all.
You kill wasp/hornet/yellow jacket nests at night time while they're all inactive and sleeping on the nest.
If you do as you just did, there's still a bunch more still flying around that'll return to find their nest destroyed
but will hang out for days all pissed off and ready to sting you. Next time do it night.
