One trick that I have found to work with seeds that won't germinate is to lightly scrape the seem of the seed with an Exacto knife and put it back in water for an hour – then put it back into paper towel. This method has worked for me 3 or 4 times now.
so your using the plastic bag I use it for both clones and seeds

That lighter was a good tip I like a soldering iron to make holes in plastic cups or buckets. Great video.
what size pot are you using for the auto-flower
I grew viper cookies from moxie seeds and it sprouted the same way but when it grew out pure fire
