Im not even in a medical state but I like to smoke comfortably. I'd recommend you invest in a grinder and small rolling tray. The tray doesn't matter but I'd recommend getting a nice grinder. 50 for a space case or santa cruz shredder might seem like a lot but its a grinder you use it every day. I had my $70 grinder for 3 years used it multiple times daily. It was probably worth the money after the first year or two. One of the most essential stoner tools that is worth really investing in.
