    Yeah, running high is actually a blast. Going high, i found rhythm easier and felt more confident around the weights. I don’t smoke out of glass, I use cigars.

    Jus don’t recommend going to a labor job high. Those two don’t coincide too well.

    Well while I love to lift stoned, there significant performance issues. In my opinion, you will never perform as well sober than stoned. The fact that weed increases heart rate automatically hinders performance. I also noticed when I’m baked my balance gets thrown off, so something like a bench press is more of a challenge than performing that simple movement sober.

    I must say though going into the steam room high is the craziest fun thing to do while at the gym.

    I really wish I am able to control my appetite. Weed hinders my gains because I eat so much. I got problems.

    I like that you brought in some science and explanation for how the plant can effect the body in multiple ways. I got "medicated" for the first time in 11 years recently, and starting thinking about what I use to do back then… Hence, I ended up searching and landing this video (I use to dose prior to any workout as well). I could easily jog 60mns on a treadmill and jump right into a focused strength training regimen or shoot hoops for hours… back in the day. It also helped that I was a Kinesiology major, but the big thing was that I felt the effects within weeks of adding "the supplement" to my workout…. I actually reached out to a professor from Humboldt College to ask for "supplements" and financial backing to aid in a scholarly study (I was a CSUSM student, for those familiar with CA) as part of graduation. Unfortunately I never got a response and never had a chance to do my tests.

    Either way, great blurb and if you are still interested in researching the topic, my big thing 11 years ago was proving the lactate threshold was improved during a medicated workout. If you think I'm talking about something unrelated please google "lactate threshold". The right strain is out there for this purpose. A hybrid of preventing lactic acid build up (CBD dominant maybe) and boosting energy, focus, and soreness is a few years away… especially if the right person sees this post. HA

    I love getting high before working out especially if I'm gonna lift heavy. The pump when I'm high feels amazing and it motivates me to go even harder. It also seems to always boost my confidence when I'm in the gym and just really helps me focus on pushing myself. Smoking before hitting the gym pretty much acts like a preworkout for me. And then smoking right after working out is such a satisfying and rewarding feeling. If I can't get a hold of steroids, weed is all I need lol
