Solid advice for a beginner. But The whole trichome harvest thing is soooooooo not true. After years of growing I only check trichs after my density is solid and no white pistils at all! Ppl need to understand the trichs their checking are surface trichs that mature way faster than the other 99.9% of your trichs witch are on the INSIDE of your buds. The plant will tell you when she’s mature. Soooooo many ppl cutting down plants bc their surface trichs are half Amber. While the other 99% inside aren’t even milky yet. After around 6 or 7 grows you will find yourself letting them go longer and longer trust me.
