I use mother earth coco perlite mix and the optimal PH zone for that is 5.8 to 6.0 correct? so I put in 5.3 water nute mix and the runoff comes out around 6 because the medium is raising the ph

Hello just saw this as I'm just starting my first time grow. I'm starting indoor and moving to outdoor(little too cold out right now). Everything is in sapling atm. I'm just wondering how far away each plant should be. I've switched all my lights to white lights atm. I'm broke and pit is my med for a couple of issues. I used to straight up by my meds. Now being broke and trying to get on government support for funds. So I have to keep everything low cost.

Why do all my buds fall over, not stretching to the light(two HPS 1000's throttled to 75%, 750 watts). Someone told me i need more air movement in veg to strengthen the stalk…Is that true or is there something more?

I screwed up on my Bruce Banner. I thought she was in flower for 8days and realized my timer was at for 24 hours of light. Meantime I was feeding her Flowering Nutes. Now she is back in flower for real this time on day 2. I feed her half strength flower nutes. I hope she will be ok because everything else has been perfect!

To get the biggest and best yield out of a 3×3 SCROG set up. Would you recommend 1) 4 plants in 3 gallon pots?
2) 2 plants in 5 gallon pots? 3) 1 plant in a 10 gallon pot?
What you don’t mention and other growers say is that your light bill will be sky high

awesome set of tips. Not that i needed tips lol over 20 years of experience.
One thing i know when you plant you never know what to expect from a plant in the late 80's i had a plant that was incredibly strong but it never grew all it made was a 1 foot twiggy set of limbs off a tiny stalk just as frail at the end of bloom it had two tiny little golf ball size buds and was the most knock down bud i had two little pin joints. The rest was good gave great weight but was not as knockdown strong as those two tiny little marble sized buds.

There's a lot of things that need to go right to achieve your best yields and majority of the key factors to a good grow are on the gardener.. not the equipment used. I always assume the grower has sufficient lighting for the area being used.. I don't care what brand your rocking. I rather talk gardening and what needs to be done to set your self up for a great grow. I hope this video helps 😉 … also.
