Not all religion is the same. Many religions are very liberatory and are anti establishment. Eg: the religion and theology of Martin Luther King, the Second Vatican Council, etc. [See Victor Lanternari's classic The Religions of the Oppressed. etc.]They are "conservative' only in the sense of ritual repetition and perhaps basic beliefs. But, I agree with leaving traditional religions that are just the opposite, as Cenk did.
