The smell of marijuana in the car may foster the impression on the part of police that the person might be impaired, which creates the risk of confirmation bias: that is, the officer may be biased to interpret results of the SFST in a manner that fits a pre-existing belief that the person must be impaired.

i enjoy the 2 hour ling videos cause when they come on i sometimes cant watch them tell later but i have learned everything i know from my own life and pot tv and your show . this is how much i trust pot tv and one man smoke show !!
