What gets me is how serious South Korea is about marijuana but are known around the world for their alcohol consumption. Both are drugs.
Yeah let's not also talk about how there are still people in jail in places where they legalized weed. I still feel like it's just pot, like he does have to lie in the bed he made. It's just there are worse things he could have done. There are legal things he could have done that would make me feel more uncomfortable than him just getting high in the comfort of his own home.

T.O.P can't go to jail for this. It's his first offense. Punishment is a big fine (big for a normal person, probably a pittance to him) + probation.
