It’s more madness. So many don’t get it. Literally.

  2. AndreNickatlna says:

Are Jodie and David Malmo Jewish?

  3. songstra says:

Registered from seed to inspection, and no more seeds in little shops, but cops get rich from what seeds in the first place. C-45 17 pipe shop retail future looks grey and no more pretty glass or happy faces… or fun! No open festivals… I think this is far from being done right. The culture is still being called disgusting by member of senate… This so called legalization makes me want to throw up. This is so not over.

every other week we see david he ages hundreds of years!

The legalization of crushing small growers by having a wide open market in which the most well funded corporation dominates. The biggest losers will be the naive suckers who think they can actually compete. They will of course lose everything they own. Anyone foolish enough to open a storefront without approval of the central authority will have everything seized. Nobody will be able to sell "illicit" seeds anymore. So long, Vancouver Seed Co. All your shit will be taken. You know in the tobacco industry they're limited by quotas to the average of their last 3 years output. Canopy can just grow unlimited amounts and flood the market and crush "mom and pop" like bugs. Even milk production is controlled in Canada, but not weed production.

From day one of the overlords campaign this was never about legalization, the government will never let the people have a free and fair market place, we would need to abolish all government to ever hope to actually attain that.

  7. Apot Smoker says:

I'm glad to see John is so happy about legalization, but when the government decides to adjust the laws to where everyone has the same limits and you know they will, i bet even he will change his mind about it! Not busting on John, just saying the laws are tilted now, but they will change.

The only thing Canada legalized is their law enforcement goons to detain anyone without suspicion. They legalized the right for cops to take roadside DNA samples of anyone they they assume smokes weed. Even if you smoked the day before, the nano amount limits they suggested in your spit sample can still land you a possible record and a $1000 fine. And jail for refusing one. They legalized pharmaceutical companies to monopolize the system and take advantage of people. Legal pot? What a bunch of BS. The revisions of Bill c-46 is a draconian crafted nightmare specifically crafted by big pharma and lobbied to the Canadian government for the purpose of shutting down the healing properties of cannabis. Wait for the ridiculous anti pot ads on tv that will be appearing as frequent as budwiser commercials. This isn't legalization, this is full on government tyrannical regulation. Canadians better wake up.

Jodie your news is the most inspiring to me. I truly believe your legacy will be remembered long into the future.

And yes, all drugs should be legalized. 10% -30% of drugs users addicted should be offered medical help (weaker opiates to manage the withdrawal but get used to not being high again) and then learn how to consume responsibly; everyone should be totally free to put any of these molecules in their body. They should be heavily regulated, and sold in a system where you have to give your medical insurance card to verify you are a citizen quick quick, and then be limited to buy a personal amount decided on buy scientists who can figure out at what interval one can consume this substance in what max dose without being addicted taking into all factors. Then figure out the personal dose that makes sense. If you're in the states I guess they could you your driver's licenses to verify citizenship and keep track of your overall up-to-date average purchase rate instead of medical insurance.

For example, it's not illegal for someone to consume rat poison, and it shouldn't be. No-one should drink it, but the philosophical concept of making it a crime to harm yourself is kinda fucked up. We should offer people either unintentionally or intentionally hurting themselves HELP, rather than a threat of jail, court, possibly prison, and a criminal record.

I say RE-legalize ALL drugs, and make peer-reviewed-science based drug education part of the public high school curriculum. Being a health class in it's es sense that provides what can be argued to be described as medical advice, it should be heavily regulated. Like teachers must speak in objective grammar and sentence structure; Not stuff like, "it is [subjective/5-senses/consciousness based adjective or opinion]". For example, "LSD is safe" <- that would be non-scientific, as in not factual or based on independently verifiable evidence. That kind of stuff would not be allowed. You would have to go in more detail and explain the nuances without adding in your subjective summary of the drug's safety. Objective language would be tested yearly, and because of these requirements these educators should be paid more by being subsidized by the government. Teaching these classes would have to be done by people who apply for a license to teach drug classes since there could be unintentional release of dangerously false misinformation, subjective short phrases that can leave young people with the idea that they don't have to think about how much they are consuming of a certain drug because they remember their teacher saying something like "cannabinoids are super safe compared to all chemical classes" and so they buy some JWH-018 for example beacuse they found it it's legal and it's a cannabinoid that gets you high af, and then they don't think they would need to care about how much they smoke and they OD on it.
