Every time I try to grow in FFOF soil I get nute lockout, I water with distilled water and a pH of 6.5!

Dude I am at day 11 on my autos and i am only just getting a second set of leaves. the leaves on the plant look yellowish to me and one had a brown tip. i am using coco/perlite 70/30 600w hps. 15l pots. my ppm is 350 and no RO. wtf am I doing wrong?
