I don't have any problems with CBS or NFL decision. Smoking is already bad for health instead of cutting off these addictions money and politics is prevailing on issues that really matter. Like most legal issues in the cannabis industry, much of the problem stems from marijuana still being illegal under federal law. Section 843 of the Controlled Substances Act specifically prohibits using "communications facilities" to transmit advertisements for the sale of Schedule I drugs. Violating this provision is a felony. Thailand recently passed medical marijuana.

I prefer weed over alcohol and tobacco. Weed related deaths are insignificant compared to alcohol and tobacco related deaths. If people really need a legal drug that bad, weed is a much better choise.
