Hassled/jailed for FOUR DAYS over 1/5th of a gram of pot?! WTF Texas?
Talk about the punishment not fitting the crime!
    BTW, 2/10ths (1/5th) of a gram = 0.00705 of an ounce.

    This is way overdue

The last Texas ad was better. 4 days is nothing. Look what Sandra Bland got for a minor traffic violation. This doesn't really address the real injustice that happens. Give us the number of people actually in jail for non violent marijuana offenses. I think they are asking for to little. It needs to be outright legal.

Should have mentioned Heather had cancer in the commercial
