I have a theory that many of the chronic illnesses we see today are partly due to a marijuana deficiency in people. Allow me to explain. Not too long ago cannabis was not illegal and was grown almost everywhere. Now, imagine for a sec that you secrete a hormone called 'the miracle hormone.' This miracle hormone has analgesic properties, as well as anti depressant, antianxiety, stimulates appetite, relieves nausea, stops seizures, prevents symptoms of Parkinson's, even decreases pressure in the eye. Now, imagine you are deficient in this hormone. Being deficient wouldn't be a problem because you'd supplement it since this miracle hormone would also be in the food that you eat. Now, this hormone has to attach to something so we'll just call that the miracle hormone receptor. Now, going back to it not being illegal, when it was grown everywhere, the cattle we consumed was that of which most likely periodically grazed on cannabis. This forced us to consume the cannabinoids in the cannabis that the cattle consumed. The cannabinoids attach to cannabinoid receptors. This is important. Cannabinoid receptors were only named that because they were discovered while researching cannabis. They also discovered we produce our own cannabinoids. Had these cannabinoids been discovered before the cannabis study, due to their highly beneficial effects, they would likely be called the miracle hormone that prevents probably hundreds of chronic illnesses and improves quality of life in many, many people. Then imagine we find the natural source of this hormone one day, a plant with high amounts of this miracle hormone. It would be called the miracle plant that contains the hormone that attaches to the miracle hormone receptors in our biology. Thus supplementing our deficiency. Thumbs if you think it's plausible lol.
