Boo Williams accepted $3660 from me on 4/3/18 as payment for 100 vape cartridges which he sells through his company Black Ghost Ent. dba. Boo Beary Kares. He refuses to fill the order and will not give me a refund. It is now 5/10/18. He has promised on four separate occasions that he would transfer the refund into my account and has not delivered on one of those promises. He has been traveling around the southern states, Virginia and, California representing himself as an entrepreneur in the Cannabis industry. He claims to be the CEO and owner of BLACK GHOST Ent DBA boobearykares.com. He is accepting cash payments for cannabis products from people and just pocketing the money. He makes sure to talk them into paying him in cash and counts on the fact that these people live in states where cannibus is not legal so that they have no legal recourse. He is basically just a con man. He currently lives in Panama City Beach in a lavish home which I am sure that he maintains by just flat-out stealing from people or conning them. He has truly fallen as far as one can fall and should be taken off of the streets before he's able to victimize anyone else.
