Hemp is the plant family name: Humulus Lupulus is also under that family, Marihuana was the term invented in the Reefer Madness period, Cannabis is the latin name for the plant.

CBD Hemp is actually more expensive usually. Still has the female flower just Low-No THC. CBD Hemp and Industrial Hemp are commonly different. Industrial Hemp is usually male plants or plants producing the male (Stamen) flower. CBD Hemp has female flower pistils and Bracts. Same License to produce Either Hemp but one is heavier regulated, produces medicine and industrial product while the other is less regulated and mainly produces an industrial product.

I discovered wild ruderalis growing in my back yard garden patches last year. Gave them compost for nutrition and kept them watered. They produced yellow flowers with four petals. This year there is over a ten fold of them growing. I bought five autoflower trainwreck seeds and I'm going to plant them in with the ruderalis this year to experiment and see what happens.
Does that mean I could make a hemp farm without no trouble
