I was 18 when I had my first kid smoked weed till I was almost 6 months pregnant,I was young in denial about my pregnancy,my daughter is 18 has a great job working for a large hotel chain,got accepted into 13 colleges before she even graduate high school she was in the advanced classes and extremely smart,she was 6 pounds 12 oz and 19 inches long all my babies were that size about.my other daughters I didn't smoke and I don't smoke now,just was young,my daughter has no medical problems,no mental problems,and she's very smart,however the downside she lacks a little common sense,but so does her father,so don't think from the weed.Those babies will be born fine.ppl need to chill,weed isn't bad drinking Pepsi,eating under cooked food,eating to much fish,drinking wine all this can be bad while pregnant,taking meds doctors give omg that is the worst for us and the babies weed is ok in my book.

Low dose edibles would probably be better than smoking though. There are many negative by-products created when smoking anything, an edible of some kind would surely be the best option.

Cannabis does NOT pass to the baby in utero. But it CAN pass to the baby during breast feeding.

How long has marijuana been in use and we still have no studies? Doesn't that make anybody think anything. Seriously, my friends wife had three kids and she smoked marijuana to help her eat, in moderation I think it's healthy but if your consuming anything at a large amount there's always consequences even taking over the counter vitamins. Doctors prescribe all sorts of medications that have all sorts of side effects yet we don't bat an eye but when people talk about marijuana all of a sudden it's life-and-death. I've known more people die from over the counter drugs then from marijuana. Think about it people these are chemically made an engineered medications with all sorts of adverse side effects that are documented, yet we still see a problem with marijuana. Then everybody should just stop drinking and smoking cigarettes because those things are far more worse than that.

Why does she smoke weed instead of just taking edibles like the smoke itself is bad for any pregnant woman
But there are PREGNANT woman out here smoking a whole pack of cigarettes every single day, and yet woman who test positive for THC have to deal with the most back lash? I say if a woman has nicotine in her system she should be prosecuted to the same degree and extent a woman with weed in hers would. Smh.

This makes me extremely sad. I have Multiple Sclerosis, and deal with extreme pain on a daily basis. All my Dr.’s & I (before I got pregnant) decided it was best for me to continue my pain meds throughout my pregnancy. They felt me being in pain was more harmful than the meds. I felt guilty about taking the meds regardless of it being the best option. I luckily had Dr.s who were empathetic and understanding of my situation. I honestly can’t imagine how much worse I would feel if they treated me poorly, or called CPS. I think we have to understand that everyone has a different story. Just because it doesn’t fit into one ideal doesn’t make it wrong.

I personally don't agree with smoking cannabis but I am pretty sure the oil will pretty much be a highly effective alternative to pharmaceuticals.
I think i will just not get pregnant it seems like a horrifyingly miserable experience god bless the women who can endure it
