As someone who lives in an illegal state I feel like you are taking your freedoms for granted. This video was a little frustrating to watch. I would much rather be at ease when I am consuming my medication instead of this constant paranoia I feel living where I am now.
Man… I just, really want that feeling. To be able to walk down to the local WeedStore™ to get my shit whenever I want. But yeah, as someone who started way back and has remained in a prohibition state, even I kind of miss the old bud. Honestly, switched to wax and haven't looked back until recently. There really is something special missing. :/

That sounds fuckiing awesome, I never had a reliable plug. But I remember this one lady who accepted old electronics and valuables for herb!! She always had the same stuff though….sour diesel…Thats what i smoked for a good portion of my early smoking days. I hated having to deal with 3 different people for herb because plugs in the hood are probably the most paranoid people on earth!! I dont want your mystery 5$ blunt damn it!! I love being able to skate to the shop and essentially handpick my beautiful flower ❤️

I don't enjoy the black market and being paranoid about the feds busting in my door.
This is something I never even considered. I have a "plug" that considers himself to be more of a caretaker. He's super nice &let's us come over to his house to sesh or in his car. He will smoke us out with bowls, kief, big dabs, oil cartridges, hook us up with free edibles. He used to be a chef so it's crazy what he can infuse! Also, he will give me 8 eighths for an oz price, or even just an eighth split up into 4 strains if I want to try them (depending on how broke I am, due to college lol). He geniunely wants his customers/patients happy. The connection you make after continually going to your "plug" is not quite the same at a dispensary I'm assuming, and I would totally miss that.

I miss so many elements of just getting, and enjoying the herb BITOD I could go on, and on. I miss several of the strains themselves as well that are still around, but they are just not the same as when I first seen them years ago. Jack Herer, SSH, NL#5, AK! OMG the AK was so good when I first seen it. One hit would rip you for real. Bubblegum, G-13, Trainwreck, and more have changed so much. Skunk? The real skunk is all, but gone. People like KJ, and DD are trying to bring it back, and to them it's hats off. Thanks so much for all the hard work!

Yea I miss the old weed days because there was crazy good exotic strains for shwag prices that I will never come across again but of course there was times that I got a sack of straight ass it was always a gamble quality wise.

When I 1st started smoking weed you could get a 1/4 lb for $100. An 1/8 was a nickel bag(or $5) a 1/4 was a dime(or $10) and so on. But it was all brown weed full of seeds and sticks. But I could the most amazing hash..I do miss that about the old days.

I feel like weed when I was 16 was fun and I have my med card in Rhode Island. It was fun at first now it’s like meh. Okay that was an okay 25 dollar eighth but the other week I got a local growers bud at the dispensary and it brought me back. It was grape god. Brought me back! Now it makes me more excited to start growing and growing my own
Side note: I remember 10 years ago either people had white widow, blue dream or sour d. Lmfao. It’s all we had now we got tons of fun strains
Half the fun was trying to find some on a Friday night with all your friends lol
