It was not the best plan for this grow house to locate near the elementary school. Everyone in the community will move to protect the children. When the installed commercial transformers, the electric utility notified the authorities. The illegal growers were under observation by the DEA, local law enforcement, the HOA, and most of the neighbors. They probably didn't realize that they were under surveillance by so many groups and many in the neighborhood were talking for over a year about how to get rid of them. It is amazing they were able to operate as long as they did.
