My question is how did you feel in the morning and heard thc interrupts the REM sleep cycle.
So hes not a person with sleeping problems and he still woke up once during the night? sounds like a fail to me, just more of the normal " cannabis cures all"
The challenge I see with the edible industry is that it has trouble catering to everybody with one standard of measurement. Everyone has different tolerance levels and experiences from strain to strain and even grow to grow. If someone made it so that the consumer could simply choose the strength of the edibles during the process (like a stoner subway) it would be a little more effective. You'd have guidelines and accurate lab testing so no one is going too over the top while still attaining the desired effects. Releasing single dose munchies hoping they "hit the spot" seems like an old tactic. We have the ability to be much more accurate and efficient. I'm still giving this all the benefit of the doubt since all of this is still somewhat new, but I'm hoping that it eventually boils down to something simple, malleable, and fun for all who imbibe. 🙂
