If a joint consists of 100mg of THC, which is usually the equivalent of 4 or more cones, it's conceivable that you could get high from smoking the contents of just two tablets.

I recently bought a heart rate tracking device and I take cannabis oil for pain. What I discovered is I get about 1h40 min deep sleep out of 7 hours sleep without the cannabis. With the cannabis I get 2h50 odd deep sleep for the same 7 hours. I believe the deep sleep is the good stuff that helps your body repair itself, So That is my little experiment.
Microdose doesn't work with weed, put the blunt or joint or whatever down if you feel too high, very simple process. Why would you microdose a high like weed if you're an everyday smoker, that's a very low level high, shits meant for casual smokers, if I wanna microdose I'll make stem tea.
