regarding people who still think weed is bad, let's not forget Luke's wise words: "The world is not in a shortage of utter donks whos opinions do not deserve to be taken seriously."
As a smoker I can say he is right, it helps mentally, I don't know about physically or muscle relaxing, but definitely in hard training sessions and recovery weed helps you psychologically. I think in some cases fighters might have been using weed to get through a weight cut, I know it can give you munchies but it also can suppress hunger, or at the least take your mind off of it. Not saying Kev did, but it's a possibility in that circumstance. 159 ng/ml and above is fairly high and implies recent use, but over a month a heavy smoker will retain higher levels and their levels will fluctuate in big numbers. It's important to note that weed isn't banned because it is performance enhancing, it's banned because it's a recreational drug like alcohol. So any argument that it does enhance performance is moot.
