JJ I've heard a lot of propaganda about white ash is there any truth to it being cleaner cannabis? I've been a closet grower for years and use little to no nutes and flush for at least 30 days yet still have dark ash. After 38 years of smoking all kinds of flowers I am sure I've smoked every type of nutes and mold Just wondering what you think

Hey JJ! I used to have Hoffman's long time ago but it wasn't weed!!!! Do you know that Doc Hoffman was the first guy who made synthetics LSD and took some…i think he took his bike and drive miles without being tire…and the other effects it do!!!!(90's was techno best days! In EU at least!)

@Cannabis 411 Hey! The ash shows the degree to which the foreign chemicals have been leached/flushed from the vegetable matter. Nitrogen is nitrogen, phosphorus is phosphorus, and potassium is potassium as a chemical …regardless of what method is used to introduce them to the growing media whether it be with organic teas or salt based bottled nutrient lines. The question is: Can you get it all or as much as possible OUT before harvest? Remaining nitrogen is what creates a less than combustible product which has to be lit multiple times. Remaining phosphorus is what creates the JULY 4th effect with sparkling, popping, and crackling when ignited. These chemicals can be in the soil such as in Ocean Forest….and others….. After you flush, check the ppm in the drainage water in your pan. If you are having trouble getting it out try actually watering the same pot with fresh 6.5 ph water over and over allowing it to drain into another pot or bucket numerous times. Throw this away and do not simply pour the same water back into the pot or it will simply put the nutrients back in. Hope that helps!!! Happy Holidays!!!
