Alcohol is definitely not good for ya. I have never smoked weed, it seems alot of athletes do. maybe the relaxing component of weed allows for smoother performance.

i do bjj and rolling when your stoned is usually the times when you invent new moves and your movement just feels much smoother. i dont think id fight while stoned but as far as training in my experience it doesnt harm anything
people talk about it and dont hide it because there is kind of a brotherhood when it comes to smoking weed, and weed smokers like to raise a flag to others that smoke so you can get together and chill or train or whatever.
