It has to be cut 1 : 10 with water that's why the plant is burning now. Have you bottle only 10% pee and fillthe rest with water. What you should do now is flush it asap with just water to clear the soil. Then you can water with the mix every couple of days when the soil starts to look like it's drying a little. Honestly though I would just go to Lowes and get a $5 bottle of fish emulsion fertilizer
