  1. ItsGuNNaRR says:

The show is meant to show how people react to weed differently mostly that's how I see the show plus I was baked 99% of the time

  2. Sir Mutantenkraken says:

This series was made by CHUCK LORRE. Anyone who wonders who that is: he made big bang theory (another culture made fun of) AND two and a half men.
I guess that would be 100% of the review: it's another chuck lorre show. just like the others.

  3. xFallenDemon99x says:

You should checkout the HBOI series High Maintenance

  4. Glenn Gomez says:

I've watched the show fully and honestly you realize that the really stupidly portrayed stoners are just select characters like dank and dabby. And you then realize that the fuck the man persona is mostly just Ruth and her other older hippie friends point of view. The younger people don't believe that. I actually do like the show, I think if you finish it all in all it's pretty decent, I've seen many that were more fun to watch. But overall when I'm baked as hell, it's pretty entertaining.

  5. Trevor Grover says:

It had canned laughter. That should tell you enough.

  6. Adam Neer says:

    Awesome show!!!

  7. vSnag says:

This show is the best show in the world

  8. j c says:

this show has way to much of the laugh track but thats what you get with chuck lorre along with stereotypical troupes. I found the show borderline insulting.

  9. heartattoo says:

when carter goes cartoon its so weird to mong out to when your stoned af

  10. BrosettaStone says:

    Weeds >

  11. Aven says:

I refuse to watch any show that uses a laugh track unironically.

  12. Duck Destroyer says:

What is your opinion on teen smokers?

  13. John E Baker III says:

Speaking as someone in the "other" areas of the country [Alabama IS an "other," right?], "Disjointed" is most of what you said: For the "fringe" who've probably never used cannabis, but are curious about it and its effects; the YouTube "stoner culture" [for lack of a better term]; the jokes are a bit hackneyed. So, I agree with most of what you said.

That said: If you stopped watching before the end of Episode 3, you really, REALLY missed the most poignant part of the entire show. I was weeping by the time the credits rolled for that one! This show has feeling, depth and whimsy. Yeah, the laugh track is wearing. But listen to the words. Hear the feelings behind them… Remorse. Regret. Lost chances. Lost loves. Hope. It's all there. Ya just gotta want it! 😉

I can't wait until next season!

  14. coopatroopa boom says:

I thought the show was terrible

  15. TheRhino4545 says:

Why can't Australia legalise it already fml

  16. Justin m says:

I couldnt make it through the first episode.the forced stereotypei is ridiculous and the forced laugh track is to.

  17. TheDiamondTheft says:

    Disjointed is trash basura

  18. HeckingFunnyFilms says:

The asian was the downfall for me, way too cheesy

  19. Cheyenne Jewel says:

I tried to watch it, i really tried. But i didnt make it to episode 2 after feeling it makes stoners seem like stereotypical stoners. Dumb. I feel it was made for people who dont actually consume but to open their eyes to it.

  20. melissa gad says:

As a person who has always lived in a state where marijuana is illegal, I really think that Disjointed paints stoners in a negative light. While it's cool that it's trying to normalize weed, I think it's doing it in all the wrong ways.

I wonder if a person who is against/on the fence about legalization would see this and think it's a positive cause I don't think they would. No spoiling but the part where Dank and Dabby are locked on the roof is a prime example of that. Some parts are seriously funny though.

  21. Tapu ahi says:

I laughed more when I saw Cheech and Chong at the end than I did during the entire show.

  22. JostleQueen says:

    lmao Sasha is so cute

  23. Matthew Penn says:

You need to watch the rest of it. It all comes together at the end. Yes there are stereotypes but it did finish on a serious matter that the industry has to deal with

  24. Wise Fool says:

The first few episodes were terrible but as the character development started kicking in, it got much better.

  25. trillCo354 # says:

    I’d rather watch workaholics lol

  26. Claire Clendening says:

I liked it, Carter was my favorite with his storyline and hallucinations. I usually hate sitcoms, but I didn't mind it too much. Dank and Dabby were funny at first but got kinda annoying real quick tho…

  27. BluntsAndPeace says:

Gets better towards the end too. Waiting to see how the rest of part 1 is when it comes out.

  28. Gabriella Contri says:

I wanted to like Disjointed, I love Kathy Bates, but honestly, I just couldn't get into it.

  29. James Rivette says:

5:11 as if people who don't have legal access to it don't consume cannabis. Bro, I live in Alabama. They are more stoners in the Southeast than any region in the US. Just because the laws say one thing doesn't mean that something different doesn't happen. Cops don't give a shit about weed. They'll smoke with you. They care about your safety and want to make sure you don't have anything that's laced but they only go after the hardcore drug dealers. People around here might not be as knowledgeable as those in the West but don't think that we Southerners don't partake in the Holy herb. We got a sayin round here, work hard play harder.

  30. Mad Captain says:

Idk…im not a smoker myself but I know people who are..the few I know are really crazy when they're high but pretty responsible when they're not..and a couple who are just plain crazy and stupid 247…not to say that they can't be responsible or smart when they're high…but thats only when they have to.

But that's just the few I know so… yep

  31. Jonah Mills says:

i love the show and especially the laugh track because it takes me back to icarly and dan schneider shows from back in the day

  32. Brice Flowers says:

I think the producers were definitely aware of the stereotypes and clichés of the shows. What I wonder is what their intentions are? I don't think it is to perpetuate these stereotypes but instead maybe it raises more questions about them.

  33. ZeroZero One says:

    It sounds retarded. Thanks.

  34. Vincent Bright says:

    I NEED SEASON 2

  35. John Mathew says:

I was part of the audience for one o the eps.. it’s was kool, until the multiple reshoots. We where there by 4-11pm

  36. DC says:

the actors dont even smoke in real life lol

  37. Vrza says:

If I had just a third of your glass collection, I would be a very happy individual.

  38. Sierra Benson says:

    I love the show

  39. Tyson Rinker says:

honestly the laugh track is goofy. the whole show is, but if you lower your cringe radar I find it to be pretty cool. and dank and dabber or whatever are hilarious

  40. kc wood says:

There's no laugh track, it's filmed in front of a live studio audience.
I don't think its for stoners though, I think it's made to introduce weed industry issues to a wider audience.
It's also new so it takes awhile to find its legs, so to speak. It gets better later and i cant wait to see what the next 10 episodes will be like.
Although, every time they do the animations i wonder if it will make more since if i was high.

  41. Tyson Rinker says:

honestly I think people are putting way too much thought into it. if you really think that people out there are going to look at these characters and think that that's how Stoners are and please give people a little bit more faith. it's it's not that difficult to realize that these are exaggerated characters that's all TV has been for the last hundred years it's always been exaggerated on any kind of character it's just a Cheesy funny sitcom

  42. Lasciel says:

I watched every episode of the season and it was awful

  43. Connor Katana says:

It seems like whoever made this show never smoked a day in their lives also it kinda seemed almost like a show for little kids

  44. Rick C-137 says:

At first i hated disjointed, but i came back, rewatched the first episode, watched a few more and honestly enjoyed the show. Thought they were bad at mixing in the drama bits, and that it was very immature, but a decent show with a few good laughs! They definitely didn't take it as seriously as i wouldve liked to see

  45. 247 smoker says:

I liked that they're trying to acknowledge the culture, the laugh track was wack. I'll watch next season hopefully they'll introduce a well spoken positive marijuana smoker there's a lot of us out there 🙂
