Dr. LaTrice Montgomery, Assistant Professor and Licensed Clinical Psychologist, provides a brief overview of the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program (OMMCP). In September 2016, House Bill 523 approved the use of medical marijuana in Ohio. The OMMCP was fully operational as of January 2019.

    Just out of curiosity: are there any age restrictions for medical marijuana use in Ohio? For example, some families have taken their children to other states for cancer treatments through medical marijuana. Does the law specify an age?
