so courageous thank you for your openness my wife of 18 yrs has the same level of anxiety and she just tried cannabis for the first time she has always felt as if it was her fault or something and she feels so much better knowing she is not alone and also that the cannabis community is so accepting and compassionate
Hopefully your anxiety is a little better now than what you were feeling on this day! I personally know exactly how it feels to go through anxiety and have to force yourself to do things even when you feel like shit about it and want to go crawl in a hole and hide.

"Misery loves company" it legit does make me feel better to know that there are others out there feeling those feels. I feel like a child, but I feel like I have to have Nathan with me to make it to appointments. I don't, but it's so much better than going by myself. And in general but especially around here in Denver I often times choose the scenic routes over the highways bc it just gets ridiculous withthe amount of people & the speeds they try to travel(low & high) I still take the highway depending on what shit's doing & how on time I am but I try to give myself large buffers so I can take longer routes & it helps with the "will I be on time" anxiety.
o yes ive had severe anxiety everyday for 8 years now with only cannabis helping. cant drive but cant imagine the amount of anxiety it would cause mr. kudos for being so strong and keeping it together on the road, emjoy that gram of chemdawg,cheers!

I can totally relate, it takes every fiber of my being to work up enough nerve to just go into a store sometimes, some days i can do it no problem. Just gotta keep forcing ourselves out of our comfort zone/that mind frame, easier said than done tho.

Thanks for sharing your anxiety experience! It's such a struggle sometimes when you know other people think you're just being ridiculous but you actually have a psychological condition lol. Like yes thanks I know, I'm aware I'm being ridiculous but I can't just will myself to not have anxiety.

I don't leave my house for months at a time. That " Every fucking minute anxiety " nailed it. Even before when I did leave it was no better other than me leaving. The feelings were the same. People think I'm crazy, and won't ever amount to anything because of the debilitating disease. BUT we create our own suffering so I know it's on me. You're such a great human.
