This is a pentium 4 TH not a dual core
the dual core was using a LGA775 and your motherboard is a PGA478
for know what CPU is on your board, download CPUZ it is going to give you a lot of helpful information.
be careful with options on it like CPU stress because that can crash the PC and even kill the CPU
