No! No! Nonononononno! Weed is basically the flower bud of the plant and charas is the pollen of the flower. Basically max. THC is in the pollen and hence charas is a 1000x times more potent. Leaves do have THC but it's so less ki it's useless. So basically leaves stems and all are by product used as hemp. What is smoked is the flower bud!
How can you not know basics about weed and yet do a podcast about it ? Some research atleast ? Wikipedia knowledge generally suffices.

Marijuana is itself not so harmful comparatively but by some statistics it has been show it is the starting point of drug addiction. Lets say the likely hood of marijuana user trying any other drug is much higher than the likely hood of non marijuana user trying any other drug

I'm from jabalpur guys and believe me bhedaghaat is a very dangerous place. Sumit you're lucky to be alive. No one should go anywhere around 5 km range of Bhedaghaat under the influence of any substance. Most probably it could be your last day.
Even in varanasi there are legal pot shops where you can legally buy weed hash or bhang …..and lastly gujrat and bihar both have ban alcohol while in gujrat you can easily get alcohol giving extra money ….but in bihar you can't get any alcohol ….you didnt mention the two varieties of marijuana- Sativa & Indica …the whole variety of strain name comes from a small country…indica from India..indica has highest CBD which is essential for patients who suffer from anxiety, pain and it makes mind and body much clearer …………and THC Is Tetrahydrocannabinol… :D… carbon can't benifit you from inside ……face wash scheme does'nt work.
