    I call bullshit

Bullshit. What else was involved? Alcohol? Crack? We all know those are bigger problems that King county has.

Don't forget the amount of distracted drivers that cause many crashes and hurt or kill other innocent drivers and this would be about the same time frame as this debacle. Alaska has a fine for distracted driving up to $10,000 plus.

Who is at the head of this study because the sounds ridiculous there's more people drinking and driving than anything as well as smoking cigarettes which causes major health problems it also causes dizziness and people do it while they're engaged in Commerce everyday police officers to can AAA do a study on that

  5. Darkness Fallz says:

Why are we accepting studies from foundations that are 100% credible the same effects weed has the cigarettes like you said it affects everyone differently as well as alcohol so why are we not addressing cigarettes while smoking and drinking in between jobs or on break and going back to your job how is it that officers get to go on smoke breaks or are able to meet up at the bar for a few drinks with the Good Ol Boys and then go back to work I find that a problem let's collect the news on that study

  6. Paul McManus says:

And 100% of them had a cell phone. You Statistics are skewed. the number of accidents is relatively unchanged. With more and more accidents caused by cell phone use than "Craised Pot Heads"

Are we aware that there's homeless people still needing food and a storm is coming and they're still out in the streets are we also aware of that there are cops on the street currently harassing chastising manipulating and holding people for ransom against their will i.e ticketing for profit. Can someone else so tell me why there are Transit Police we pay for the transit to be billed but yet we can't write it free so now we're harassed by the Transit Police to pay an extra fee that makes no sense to me are we pay for the police to keep the streets safe when there's harm done or Damage Done how did turn in without putting your blinker on become a criminal offense how did standing on public right-of-way become lordering and a trespassing offense i e turns into Criminal someone needs to get their study together AAA is not doing it smartly. My experience with AAA they sent someone out to unlock my door but instead they sent someone that didn't know what they were doing at all and broke it instead which they had to pay out-of-pocket for so yes I find it funny they can't even send the right people to do a job right but they can somehow do a study interesting

the test has been proveing in court not accurate

  9. 72tubedmiaz says:

Stupid! We don’t allow drunk driving or medicated driving. Stop these idiots from hurting others while driving

  10. James Bassham says:

If you use anything with THC regularly it will remain in your system for weeks. So that test only proves that people are smoking more weed because they are in a legal state .

  11. Roberto Giménez says:

Drug trafficking kidnaps governments and populations, because we empower it. Only decriminalizing and regulating drugs can we combat drug trafficking, reduce the number of addicts and address the problem correctly. Certain drugs, such as marijuana, which is less dangerous than alcohol, must be fully legalized (with regulations). Others, such as methadone, should be sold in drugstores under medical prescription, to help recover addicts to opioids (heroin for example). Heroin must be administered in specialized injection centers, to avoid overdoses and to provide a path to rehabilitation. In addition, marijuana, unlike what is commonly thought, makes people consume less of the other drugs (opioids for example). Legalize it is to give a direct blow to drug trafficking.

    PROPAGANDA !!!!!!!!

  13. DrWrap says:

Has the number of deadly crashes changed or just the number of people with THC in their system?

  14. K P says:

This information probably came from the same people that said OxyContin was safe.

  17. Josh Peters says:

This is a terribly flawed study. All the study says is that more people
have been found with thc in their systems during fatal accidents. That
doesn't mean they're driving high because thc stays in your system so
long. It just means that people in Washington State have been smoking
more weed every year since it became legal. For example, in this study,
someone who smoked a joint 2 weeks ago that was involved in a fatal
accident and had thc in their system qualifies as being a "stoned
driver" according to AAA and that they were driving high. That's
terrible logic. This is very bad reporting on the media's part & a
bad study that should've never been published. If someone were to be
charged with DUI in this circumstance, any good lawyer would get their
client off for that charge. There's no definitive way as of right now to
determine how stoned someone is while driving or how long thc has been
in someone's system. I'm sure that technology will appear in due time,
but as of right now it doesn't exist.
