Ah yes Texas. I've been following the Texas CBD program for about a year now and I think Texas made a bold and progressive move to test the medical marijuana market. No other southern states besides Florida has made such a bold decision. Is the program ideal.. Well no but its something, I believe Texas will revamp its program down the road but for now this is doable. Will legal states continue to see marijuana refugees from Texas yes! But again Texas made a move and its admirable its a blue print for the Bible belt and the rest of the southern state to look at and made model a southern run into the cannabis industry.

Hey Charlo. I'm watching from Jackson, Ms (an illegal state) smoking Blue Lights! I think a topic should be about hemp clothing going forward. Mississippi could use the help with legalization.

What's happening in Massachusetts is exactly what is happening here in Oregon. State sponsored stings to test pot shops across the state. Of course marijuana is recreational here so the OLCC here has a lot of ground to cover so they pick shops in different cities across the state they do the minor decoy sales sting to see if the budtenders will sale to someone with a none 21 license. I think it's a good idea to keep dispensaries compliant keep budtenders in line and not allowing sales to under age individuals.

Texas begins selling MMJ Oil: I feel if anything is going to be made legal by the Feds (and some states) when it comes to MMJ, it will be CBD (only) meds and then they will find a way to corner that market.

Off Topic: I'm just curious, will Recreational Cannabis Consumers not be allowed to purchase Guns now? I mean MMJ Cardholders can't although some states aren't being as assinine as Hawaii. HI is matching their gun registration list to their MMJ Cardholder list and actually telling their MMJ Cardholders to turn their guns into law enforcement instead of allowing current gun owners to keep what they have and just forbid them from purchasing any more. I mean how would gun sellers even know if a Recreational Cannabis Consumer even consume Cannabis if they fail to check the little box saying that they do? I read not doing so though is a federal crime, but the Feds barely have enough funding (if any now) to prosecute every small cannabis consumer so how would they investigate every Recreational Cannabis Consumer who lies about not being one just to be able to purchase a gun?

Doing the Dank of the Day first is the better format. Good decision.
