I have found that the most common areas I see people smoke cannabis is in/around elevated parking lots/Uber/Lyft/Taxi stands and common areas near the service entrances to hotel and casinos. Never observed a LV PD officer even pay them any mind. Las Vegas is a model city for how respectful a lot of smokers will be when they see the end of prohibition. #norml

I always find a place off in the cut or a side path with nobody on it. Always try to be as respectful as possible when smoking anywhere out of town let alone Las Vegas.
