    good story

  2. David Foster says:

Something y'all really should think about is that, if one did actually have the wherewithal to engage in nefarious conspiracies, he or she could not ask for a better place to do it, than in a society that has been chewing on bullshit conspiracy theories for the last 50 years!

    Enter, The Donald…

  3. cavespoint010nx says:

So the ionosphere has no relationship with weather patterns? In order to continue this conversation i recommend this video from Truthstream media: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wJ_-uux5P3Y

  15. A Wolff says:

Iam not saying there is a massive conspiracy going on but that doesn't mean they couldn't easily conceal stuff so you see what they want you to see the fact is there was a man that created some kind of invention that was able to make it rain on command all of a sudden he disappears and all his blueprints as well this is not some conspiracy theory he demonstrated the machines capability in front of many spectators you can look it up on the internet I'm sure they're not controlling our minds and some of the stuff is just way out in left field but the fact is you say they're using it to monitor whether what does the Department of Defense have to do with funding experiments involving weather?

  16. Spencer Tomosvary says:

You people who repeat the term 'conspiracy theory' are unaware of the massive ongoing campaign the US pioneers to portray the presumption of transparency which includes pushing the use of the term 'conspiracy theory'. The scope and magnitude of the US government's nefarious activities are so great it is beyond what most people are willing to accept as truth, but the conspiracies are anything but theory. Your own denial just further feeds misinformation. Just take a look at all the declassified documents on the CIA's own website made available by the freedom of information act. It is a matter of public record that the US has been using geoengineering technologies as early as the 60's which includes cloud seeding, atmospheric aerosol injection, and HAARP related technologies for these purposes for many decades. The JFK assassination was one of the most suspicious government cover ups ever to take place and to label it a 'conspiracy theory' is plain and simply ignorant of the facts. If you can suspend your own state of denial for long enough, I challenge you fact check the Warren report, do be aware that the Smithsonian institute as well as other major media outlets have played a large role in spreading disinformation for the CIA, it should come as no surprise that HBO is a part of the same giant yellow press media conglomerate as the rest. All of these statements can be fact checked against public record. Beware of false information 'astroturf' and fake wikipedia propaganda – watch this Ted Talks to learn more: https://youtu.be/U1Qt6a-vaNM Finally, check this out for some info you probably can't handle if you're already in denial, but will blow your mind if you are able to be honestly discerning of this very condemning information about our leaders and the very real conspiracies they've been involved in : https://youtu.be/U1Qt6a-vaNM

  25. Shyru#Celestial-Master says:

    Makes me miss ol Fairbanks.

  27. Peter says:

Alex Jones and these conspiracy nuts should put on some deserted island or send them on a one way trip to Mars

  28. Franz Farmer says:

I think hes afraid of going there and nothing happening, ie. feeling the same as before he went in and then having to fake being mind controlled and having to act out his conformation bias. Conspiracy theorists are usually not looking for the truth, they already think they have the answer and are afraid to view/hear anything that could creep in and make them uncomfortable and force them to confront their viewpoint, which isn't really backed by sound evidence or facts in the first place.

  29. Don Sanders says:

Math! Math! MATH!!!! Proves that this facility is tragically UNDER-POWERED to do any of the things fools believe.

  37. Denton Woods says:

nothing wrong with holding a money sucking organization accountable….good on him. Glad he's making some cash to boot. Sounds like a win-win.

  38. Copulaxoxi Ranbooi says:

The real HAARP is in Antartica.

  39. Q says:

I thought the basis of a conspiracy is that it has no truth

  40. Q says:

Dad disappears and he needs a reason to blame. Post traumatic coping is often seen with conspiracy theorists

  41. Garon Arredondo says:

that weirdo is an idiot….but he said some truth in those last 10 seconds

  42. GMIV says:

People who prefer to believe conspiracy theories but do not "believe" in climate change… Ok…

  43. señor dude says:

You state that haarp heats up a portion of the ionosphere and you are skeptical of its potential? That's what separates a reporter from a journalist. You report what is said to you without question. To make one of the most complex pieces of technology unclassified would be an extremely intelligent move. It removes doubt from the layman mind leaving them (gov scientists) virtually free to do what they wish with the tech. Any conspiracy theories are basically dismissed because "its not classified". Probable deniability.

  44. Tom Jones says:

Literally says HAARP can heat up the ionosphere; then is asked, can it modify weather? No.

Heat in the upper atmosphere can change air and particle currents so how is this not affecting weather at least in the area above HAARP?

  45. XSportSeeker says:

I wonder how many of these conspiracy theorists boil down to tragic, albeit still daddy issues.

  46. the green man says:

since the rise of the internet, people who before sold a few dozen books have realised they can make a good living from the gullible public by promoting conspiracy and misinformation.
the rise of alex jones and his ilk encourages others and snowballs the effect.
there has always been a willing audience for this stuff, now its seeping onto mainstream politics, partly as a result of the nefarious manipulation from the CIA and other more secretive government departments, people figure if they can be lied to about the reasons for wars etc, why should they believe anything the government tells them.
its not helped by blatant disregard for the common good in favour of personal enrichment by politicians.
fox news has spent decades obfuscating and outright misinforming and it pays well.
the rest of the media is not much better .
trump is a symptom of this disease, he lies and lies, gets caught lying, and pivots to a new lie.
his base hears only what they want to hear
religion and evangelicals add to the mix .
only an educated population can sift through this mess and unless something is done to tackle this issue, idiocracy will become a documentary not a work of fiction.
