when dealing with screens, use low heat because otherwise, you're vaporizing metals – even if it's made with stronger metals like stainless steel, because the material's so thin, the structural integrity is compromised at lower temperatures than if it was a thicker piece of steel. Google it for yourself. Inhaling metal vapors is really bad for your health.
