REM sleep is actually not "deep" sleep, that would be Delta sleep. REM sleep when you dream is just short of wakefulness. MJ does mess w/ your cycle mostly effecting REM sleep, which while not deep, is necessary for a good night's sleep.

Nice hat Shane, thats my team and my area. Southside Chicago all day. Also, not talking about concentrates but miss the hash I had constant access I had to good hash when I lived in Europe. I guess as weed becomes legal in more places, we will start to get access to stuff from Lebanon, India, Nepal and Morocco in North America. Bubble can get there, but its not the exact same.

Smoked intensely everyday for a month as a newbie, bc of life issues, and my sleep and dreams were legit the best. Like I hit the hangover phase towards the end, bc I shouldn’t have been smokin bowls and ripping bongs like more seasoned smokers, but it was really amazing sleep. I have PTSD, Anxiety and Depression etc but my dreams were so normal and nice. Usually my dreams are full of blood, guts, genocide, and scaring situations. I’m on a break rn and my dreams have gotten bad again, but at least I got through my rough patch unscathed.
