  3. callum laird says:

This made me think that labour should announce a policy for cannabis legalisation / referendum. I think it would result in a huge number of votes for labour. Don't see it happening any time soon though 🙁

I'd like to see the Portuguese model of Drugs laws in this country. Very progressive and has worked for 14 years or so.

I really can't agree my friend. I'm a life long member of the Labour Party, I knocked on doors and leafleted hard to help get Blair's New Labour elected. Professor David Nutt became the chair of the Labour Governments' Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, he and his expert team proved cannabis to be of relatively little harm, in a newspaper interview he said taking cannabis created only a "relatively small risk" of psychotic illness and that "the obscenity of hunting down low-level cannabis users to protect them is beyond absurd" he insisted that cannabis was less harmful than alcohol or tobacco. Professor Nutt also famously said that Ecstasy was less dangerous than horse-riding. The Home Secretary Alan Johnson took exception to this because it didn't fit in with current Labour Party policy and disgracefully sacked Professor Nutt. Dr Les king and Marion Walker then resigned in protest, both experts in their fields. I will never forgive Alan Johnson or Jacqui Smith for their arrogant attitude and treatment of their own appointed experts.
I've recently researched the governments records on parliamentary members voting records, as a back bencher Jeremy Corbyn supported many private members bills for the legalisation of cannabis, since becoming leader….(paid £450 a day)….not a word on it. I feel let down. David Cameron did the same.
The Liberal Democrats however, in 2016 commissioned a  report on the legalisation of cannabis:
    http://www.libdems.org.uk/a_regulated_cannabis_market_for_the_uk
They also debated it at their last national conference and here is their current policy :
"We support the introduction of a regulated cannabis market in the UK, and call on the Government to listen to the growing body of international evidence which shows that legalising and regulating cannabis delivers significant benefits to public health, as well as reducing harms within the criminal justice system."
Ex Deputy Leader of the Conservative Party MPs Peter Lilley and Tory MP Michael Fabricant support legalisation…my own Tory MP Dr Dan Poulter has publicly supported medical cannabis . It's a real cross party issue. I think I'll vote Liberal Democrat.
I enjoy your vids mate and remain a fan, cheers xx

  6. fnutboy says:

The (Tory) Home Office Survey for England and Wales for 2015/16 states approximately 2.1million adult users of cannabis within the past year…ad Scotland and the people who didn't want to say…….3million?….more?…..lots of votes there.

  14. Cannie Biss says:

Cannabis users are a huge assemblage of untapped voters, Who could be coerced into swinging the vote (Similar to the racial inferences of many brexiteers). (1)Dispensary/Caregiver legislation would create tax rev/jobs/shops (2) grow collectives eliminates cost to users/kills black market/associated crime (3) Self medication massively reduces NHS reliability (4) Hemp based climate reduction i.e onshore fuel/paper/lo cost housing (5) To allow scientists to find new treatments. Who would argue against curing diseases. A single cannabis seed has an individualised combination of compounds which produce varied and changeable medicinal effects dependant on phenotype/grower and could produce uniquely arrayed medicines googolplexian in number. One seed is all it takes

Here is some info from Martin Armstrong— ECONOMIC CONFIDENCE MODEL
From an economic viewpoint, the economy turned down Wed. Sep. 30, 2015 on a global scale coinciding with our Cycle of War on the international model. We should see the economy turn downward into a steeper recession moving into Tue. Oct. 24, 2017, which is the next turning point on the Economic Confidence Model followed thereafter by Tue. Jun. 12, 2018. Caution is advisable for it appears we should see an overall recessionary trend emerge on a global scale this time. The critical political target on our Pi Model will be Mon. Oct. 22, 2018, where typically important political events unfold. Overall, this economic decline should continue into the next low of the Economic Confidence Model which will be due on Sat. Jan. 18, 2020. (Martin is not called the FORECASTER for nothing). Watch the Movie THE FORECASTER about him, amazing.

Voting is a game we are allowed to play every few years. Voting is part of the problem. “Don't vote it only encourages them”. You could vote in Mother Theresa and would still get more of the same.
What if they gave an election and nobody came – GAME OVER.

Voting to decide who you want to fuck you and steal half your hard earned cash.

Do I want the Reds or the Blues fucking me.

We are always given a choice but in reality, all parties are controlled by the unelected guys above the ministers. The permanent private secretary (usually X bankers from Goldman Sachs).

You never know their name's but they make the decisions, they cannot be fired, unlike the puppet ministers and governments we are allowed to elect.

If voting made any different it would be banned.

Taxation is Theft The taxation of one's labour is criminal. INDIRECT taxation is the only fair system. How would this work ?????. Answer- Listen to Larken Rose on YouTube for a wake-up call.

All Governments are just highwaymen, mafia or just plain gangsters. If you do not submit to their extortion racket they lock you away.

  17. emmett5050 says:

Asking permission from a government whether you can smoke a plant or not. Fuck that, what right has anyone to stop you smoking a plant. Government is the problem, always the problem and is really not needed. CHECK OUT LARKEN ROSE FOR A REAL WAKE UP CALL AND SUBSCRIBE TO MARTIN ARMSTRONGS DAILY BLOG.

i want cannabis legalised myself but i wont vote libdems just for that policy, im definatly pro labour and believe over time legalisation will get traction with them. but you telling your followers that they should vote labour bcz of cannabis legalisation is total bollox and pure speculation !
this is the problem with you young ppl – facts dont matter.

    Vote Labour tho !

  24. Peter Stevens says:

This is why the stupid kids of today should not be allowed to vote, what a stupid thing to ask, I will explain why I know this to be true,if you smoke cannabis and you are in your teens it will have a detrimental effect on your brain like incurring paranoia (oh before you ask I have seen at first hand) also if you are still interested in smoking cannabis it in most cases leads to the person smoking cigarettes and don't say that is a good thing to do, shall I list all the cancer this causes,if I had to ,then I would know for certain how stupid kids are and yes I do know that adults may be stupid enough to smoke cannabis as well, but stupid is as stupid does.

  25. Goku Black says:

  26. Mr Luy says:
