  7. Robert Henahan says:

Laws against cannabis were designed from the beginning to be enforced selectively. The more conservative a government is, the more reluctant it will be to lay down the tools of oppression.

  8. Keety Man says:

Why do you want it to be rescheduled? You want it to be scheduled?

I'm a MA resident and a first-time pot smoker who had to resort to getting a medical marijuana card. I'm a Hospice patient who could no longer wait for weed to go recreational. By the time the bureaucrats get their heads out of their asses and agree on a plan, I'll be long-dead. A strain high in CBD has been a godsend.

Meanwhile, the first thing Hospice did was put a bottle of morphine in my fridge. I haven't used it. It scares the crap out of me.

  10. Taralya Mcdonough says:

Maybe when Bernie Sanders is president!

  11. Jordan Michael says:

Better question is when will DRUGS be legalized federally.

    Now that will change everything.

  12. Big Swings says:

LOL this is my little brothers intern teacher!

  13. RB says:

lol, hey that sounded like me on the phone, lol. Weed smugglers and "big pharma" do not want weed to be legal. Those groups get much higher profits when cannabis is illegal.

Why is everyone saying the caller was high? He was more lucid than many of David's callers. Don't get me started on the Hatriots.

  15. bruce ashby says:

The states with medical have establishedits not a schedule 1 it's up to courts

  16. James Chant says:

When states, who are against marijuana for recreational purposes, begin to see the huge influx of revenue in the coffers of states who recently sanctioned the sale of marijuana for recreational purposes there will be a ground swell of states by the 2020 federal election to include said item on the ballot. New taxation revenue sources and diminished justice system costs are coveted alternatives to the status quo for all state and federal governments.

  17. pinky pony says:

it will be legalized when im in a nursing home and unable to buy it.

  24. dany ramos says:

Never, because the feds and corporations can't profit from it.

  25. Wake Updead says:

With 2/3rds of states with medical, 10 states have/will have full legal and 18 states have had decriminalized small amounts. Its all happening just like alcohol prohibition ended, makes sense prohibition of anything doesnt work. If its going to end like prohibition ended, it will happen out of the blue, very low key, like they could remove it from the drug scheduled, its over. It will just be a matter of state and local laws to be changed and that could take some time, half the state of KY still has no alcohol sales, just saying! The fact is the way we handle all drugs is wrong and we can not just stop fighting after pot is legal. The drug war is a failure and it needs ended!

  26. El Duderino says:

I live in Georgia marijuana paraphernalia is sold everywhere yet it remains illegal

  27. RecordCollector101 says:

Marijuana should not be a Class 1 Drug, but it also shouldn't become legal.

  28. Efrem Jones says:

Never. Now medical marijuana should be allowed, but the pot heads will ruin it.

  30. abraham jaime says:

The guy on the phone sounds high!!

  31. Diane Walden says:

Don't, they will only screw it up. Big tobacco will get a hold of it and a plethora of chemicals to it. Sell at it ridiculous prices and it will totally suck. Lol decriminalization would be a better option.

  32. ledrocker45 says:

Never I hope! The black market works better than government markets!

  33. jon Q says:

  35. PREMISE says:

Take a stance against recreational marijuana legalization because it continually help criminals by getting them access to a supply of marijuana. For example, a drug gang exploited recreational marijuana legalization according to (The Legalization of Marijuana in Colorado The Impact Volume 2: Page 102). This example proves recreational marijuana legalization continually helps organized criminals which increases criminal activity.
