There's some artists that fuck with each other and they always we see them together it doesn't mean they are an industry plant

  2. mario phoenix says:

No one is familiar with Joe's music

  3. SLYxOVRCOAT says:

Come on y’all ! Still on that devil worshipping shit? It only means something if you believe in that shit. Look at Tyler the creator, he constantly used demonic images and reminded us it doesn’t mean shit to him cause he do not believe !

  4. Vlad says:

Is Post on the clock… -_- thumbs down for such a ridiculous question. The man's doing fine foh

  5. ESSA X says:

in no way is Chance an industry plant, neither is Nav! that might be the most disrespectful term ever, you cannot discredit someone's come up cause you didn't witness it. period.

  6. PrevinJones says:

You can plant yourself in the industry if you have enough money to pay niggas who already hot for features that's the point they missing you can buy your way into this shit.

  7. William Suarez says:

One thing I will never understand is how people can't recognize a gimmick in Hip-Hop when it's so clearly in their face. Hip-Hop is an edgy genre – you have artists who portray gang members, drug dealers, addicts, murderers, rapists, among others for the shock value it creates. Tyler the Creator a great example of an artist that used to employ that kind of shock value to carve a niche for himself and OF before entering into a more mainstream direction at the most opportune moment. Uzi is similar in that he's playing around with people's misunderstandings of what "Satanism" is and generally, how occultism is perceived in a culture that while secular still retains some Judeo-Christian elements; in order to carve out his own niche in a genre wherein success lies in effective branding and not in music. Uzi is not a Satanist, he's a capitalist.

  8. Konchus Nando says:

    mcdonalds burgers are odee salty

  9. Anglo Laflare says:

Nav been griding. His breakout to the mainstream was on BITTSM, and he was a producer before anything. Rapped on his own beats, "cash found me I got cash now". SHOUT OUT TO BEATSBYNAV.

  10. Keenyn Lofton says:

Definition of an industry plant: Iggy Azaelia

  11. Leika Drouillard says:

Joe Budden is oversimplifying this term "industry plant". There is a lot more to unpack here outside of his narrow definition.

  12. Sorpresa Puta says:

They wack the IT movie was good. It's not really a horror movie. It's really like a thriller/drama/coming of age type movie. This is why I hate that people think you need jump scares for a movie to be scary. That's so lame bruh. Horror movies aren't only jump scares.

  13. P Hopps says:

    We love you Nadeska

  14. Definitely A Black Guy says:

  16. J M says:

I mean chance had one decent mixtape and the next minute he's headlining shows right next to eminem. yes hes a industry fucking plant. Someone, or a collective of people have a vested interest in him succeeding and have put extra money and effort behind him to do so. The same way all them bloggers came out around a year ago or 2 saying they decided to try grab a random person and if they all blogged about them consistently in a positive way and twisted some truths (when blogs were important) and used some industry connections.. they essentially force fed us someone and blew them up. The same way Yams used his connects and tumblr to leverage a platform to make ASAP Rocky cool… but asap sounded mad nice anyway.

  17. Baye da Great White says:

I've never seen an ashy light-skinned n*gga before, my n*gga Joe tripping

  25. TL garrett says:

Chance does have an inside track, it called an ability to use lyric as a literary device. TALENT, GENIUS, POET

  26. stepgirl305 says:

I love when Joe Budden asks DJ Ak, "When did you start listening to rap?" and DJ just skips right pass that question. Hip hop started out on positive ish if you listened to any 70s, 80s, and some 90s music. Rap is a tool and DJ Ak just gave the non-rap listener's definition on the genre…..but he's a connoisseur of the game…..right? HA!

  27. Dany says:

His break was in this show when that 1st clip came out lol

  28. Chelseaa says:

  34. Grant Potter says:

Can someone explain the motive behind creating an industry plant? surely if there's an up and coming artist that the label recognises as having strong market potential they will do their best to promote the artist? whats the difference between an artist being recognised and pushed for their potential, and an industry plant?

  35. John Long says:

Who gives a shit about industry plants? If the music is dope, isn't that's all that matters? This topic has always been weird to me.

  36. KoRn Fan On Ketamine says:

  37. real nms says:
