I don't know very much about his health problems, but for people commenting or wondering about his breathing — I think there's a good chance he may have COPD from when he used to be a heavy cigarette smoker. My grandma has COPD and her breathing is quite heavy (and more labored than Willies). I really enjoyed this interview ^_^ and now, I'll enjoy a nice bong toke and practice guitar. <3
